Cancellation Policy

Before work starts
A build canceled before execution returns its entitlement. A publishing order may be canceled before fulfillment begins, subject to the payment and refund policy.
After work starts
Once build, listing, account-assistance or store-submission work has started, eligibility depends on work completed and non-refundable third-party charges.
Build and store outcomes
Successful artifact delivery is not automatically refundable. Store rejection does not automatically cancel the service; eligible corrections and resubmissions remain part of the publishing workflow.
Current provider policy
Payment is required before paid services begin.
Refund eligibility depends on the work already completed. External store fees are non-refundable by AppFromWeb.
