AppFromWeb collects the account, billing, application configuration and support information needed to create, build and publish applications.
Information we process
- Account identity, contact and billing details.
- Website URLs, app identifiers, icons and build configuration.
- Payment references and invoice records. Card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by AppFromWeb.
- Build, security and audit records used to operate and protect the service.
- Documents submitted for store-publishing assistance.
Use and retention
Information is used to deliver purchased services, secure accounts, process payments, provide support, and meet tax and legal obligations. Financial records may be retained after account closure; personal fields are anonymized when appropriate.
Security
Passwords, OTPs, card details and recovery codes must never be submitted through publishing forms. You may request access, correction or account closure through AppFromWeb support.
